As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees with inquiries and provide directions as needed.
Support emergency response activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
Maintain detailed and accurate written reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with onsite staff and other Allied Universal team members to help to maintain a secure environment at the location.
