Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic technology and media location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and team members. You will contribute to a secure environment by conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and communicating clearly, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork.

Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity in accordance with site-specific protocols.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding any incidents, concerns, or issues observed during patrols.
Support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets within the tech-focused location.
