As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to visitors and employees. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with other team members and/or site personnel to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets at the location.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance as needed.
