Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and judgment to address each situation.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage within the location.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to maintain an orderly environment.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and/or directing visitors as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
