As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting professionally with clients and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Must possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
Must have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

An armed guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Interact with employees, visitors, and/or clients to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a visible security-related presence to help to deter criminal activity and promote a secure environment within the financial institution.
Carry and maintain control of authorized firearms in accordance with company and client policies, adhering to all applicable regulations.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents and patrol activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
