As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting tenants while monitoring access and responding to security-related incidents. Your role is crucial in helping to deter unwanted activity and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and issuing badges in accordance with site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Communicate professionally with staff, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and provide information about the location.
Support emergency response activities as needed, following established procedures.
Document all security-related activities and incidents in daily reports for Allied Universal and site management.
