Requirements

Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
Possess a college degree.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications for the site, including radio, phone, and electronic systems, to support security-related operations.
Dispatch security personnel to various locations within the financial institution as needed in response to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities, incidents, and communications during the shift to support incident response and reporting.
Assist in the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support and information to security personnel and site management.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information to employees, visitors, and contractors as appropriate.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, following established protocols.
