As a Security Guard - Distribution Entry Monitor in Rialto, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Requirements

MUST HAVE VALID AND CURRENT CA. GUARD CARD & TRAINING CERTIFICATES!
PLEASE COME DRESSED IN BUSINESS ATTIRE CLOTHING
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Screen individuals, vehicles, and/or packages entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter prohibited activities and identify any suspicious behavior or conditions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers, providing assistance and direction as needed.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related concerns and support overall site operations.
