As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will remain highly visible, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with all individuals onsite. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production environment.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents according to company protocols.
Interact with employees, visitors, and vendors to provide assistance and help to maintain a secure environment.
Support Allied Universal and client management in implementing site-specific security-related protocols and procedures.
