Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, support access control, and deliver customer service with clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license and meeting AU Driver Policy Requirements, with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Possess a current EMT Certification.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
  • Monitor access points, verify identification and visitor credentials, and document entries, exits, deliveries, and contractor activity per post orders.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards to operations.
  • Complete reports for incidents, inspections, and patrol activity, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
