As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location.
Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to established protocols.
Assist with controlling access to restricted areas as specified by site policies.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while representing Allied Universal.
Document security-related incidents and/or observations as required by site procedures.
