Job Description As a Security Guard - Dispatch Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aero and defense location, you will coordinate security-related responses, track activity through computers and/or tablets, and support access control, alarms, and communications across the site. Working in a fast-moving environment that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity, you will help maintain clear situational awareness while providing professional customer service. Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required. Requirements
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
- Dispatch and coordinate responses to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate internal teams and/or outside responders per post orders.
- Monitor access control systems, cameras, radios, phones, and other communication tools, documenting activity and escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
- Maintain accurate incident reports, dispatch logs, and shift documentation, including tracking calls for service and follow-up actions.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as directed; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
