You will coordinate officer activity, manage radios and phones, track incidents in computer-based systems, and support access control workflows to help keep operations running smoothly. You will be a calm, professional point of contact, delivering customer service and clear communication while supporting a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and always acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification preferred and may be completed post hire.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an aerospace and defense location, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor cameras, alarms, and other site systems, receive calls for service, and dispatch Security Professionals and/or notify site contacts as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gather key details, and coordinate next steps using radio and phone communications.
  • Complete detailed reports, logs, and shift documentation for security-related incidents, dispatch activity, and system notifications.
  • Coordinate regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter, and communicate patrol priorities based on current site conditions and/or reported issues.
