About The Position

As a Security Guard - CRE Patrol Specialist in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas through visible presence and patrols.
Assist with access control and verification of credentials for individuals entering the premises.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
