As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or security-related concerns.
Observe and report any security-related irregularities or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.
Assist tenants, visitors, and/or staff with directions and information as needed, maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence at the location.
Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client management.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs and/or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations encountered during patrols.
