As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting with visitors and tenants, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Support emergency response efforts, including evacuations or medical situations, according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
