Job Description As a Security Guard - Clearance Required Rounds in Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with clear communication. Bring a customer-first mindset while documenting observations and working as one team. Requirements
- Possess an active DoD Confidential clearance.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including common areas, building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points and observe on-site conditions, reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or hazards through the appropriate channels.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance to on-site personnel and/or first responders as directed by post orders.
- Complete required shift documentation such as activity logs, incident reports, and pass-down information, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.
