About The Position

As a Security Guard - Auto Patrol Driver in Seneca, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an automotive environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and interact with staff and visitors, supporting a secure and welcoming atmosphere while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual conditions encountered during patrols within the automotive environment.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to manage visitor and employee flow as needed.
