Job Description As a Security Guard Armed Security Clearance Specialist in CAMDEN, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned locations within the aerospace and defense sector. This armed and driving post involves conducting regular patrols to help to deter security-related incidents, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

1+ years of military or Law enforcement experience
Must be 21+ years old
Must have a valid drivers license
Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
Possess an armed guard card or armed guard license.
Hold an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, adapting to various working environments and conditions.
Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of all activities within the location.
Document and report any security-related incidents or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and local authorities as required for incident response and security-related operations.
Maintain readiness and proficiency with assigned security equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company and client policies.
