Job Description As a Security Guard - Armed Rover Patrol in Woodbridge, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will complete routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal and location-specific security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Perform armed patrol duties throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones, completing regular and random patrols and documenting observed hazards, unsecured areas, and/or suspicious activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and coordinating with clinical staff, local law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as needed. Control access to sensitive areas such as emergency intake points and restricted corridors by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management and directions. Operate within all applicable armed post requirements, including maintaining required permits, following use of force guidelines, conducting required equipment checks, and completing detailed incident reports and daily activity logs. Minimum Requirements: Possess an armed guard card/license. Have 6 months+ armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Have 6 months+ armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
