As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with visitors and employees, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats within the location.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency response teams when necessary.
Operate communication devices to remain in contact with Allied Universal management and other personnel as required.
