About The Position

Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time GSOC Security Officer for a Pharma Company in Lexington MA Wednesday - Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM Starting Pay is $26.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / Opportunity For Advancement Ideal Candidate has Customer Service Skills and Previous Alarm/Access Control Experience As a Security Officer - in Lexington, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and uphold a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service and communication, reflecting our commitment to putting people first and acting with integrity. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate communications between internal staff, visitors, and emergency services as part of dispatch operations within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining communication with appropriate personnel.
Document and relay information regarding incidents, emergencies, and/or unusual activities to the appropriate contacts.
Assist in implementing site-specific security-related procedures and protocols, including emergency response activities when required.
Work closely with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities through prompt reporting and communication.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting staff, patients, and visitors with security-related concerns.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all communications and incidents handled during the shift.
