As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with visitors and staff, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Assist with screening individuals entering the logistics and distribution location in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
Provide customer service to visitors and employees while carrying out security-related procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
Communicate professionally and promptly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
