About The Position

HII Mission Technologies Corp. is seeking a Security Escort Lead to support a project at Tinker AFB, OK. This role will work closely with the Government Site Security Manager (SSM) to ensure effective security operations and compliance across the site. A TS/SCI clearance is required. The Mission Technologies Division delivers all-domain expertise and advanced technologies in service of mission partners across the globe, focusing on national defense solutions including C5ISR, AI and Big Data, cyber operations, synthetic training environments, fleet sustainment, environmental remediation, and unmanned underwater vehicles. Requirements

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time DoD security experience
• Strong working knowledge of ICD 705 requirements
• Prior experience supporting secure facility construction projects (escort and/or lead role)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate security escort schedules to ensure proper coverage for construction activities, PTOs, and appointments
• Serve as a primary point of communication for escort-related issues within the company’s area of responsibility (AOR)
• Report and escalate security concerns (e.g., prohibited devices, incidents, or procedural violations) to the SSM
• Support the SSM by attending site safety meetings and communicating contractor concerns
• Ensure compliance with ICD 705 standards and requirements
• Provide leadership and oversight to escort personnel in a team environment
• Perform escort duties as needed to support daily operations
• Identify and communicate resource needs (supplies, equipment, etc.) to the SSM
• Assist the SSM with additional duties as required
