The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000 - $211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Security Engineering-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:
  • Security assessments or Vulnerability analysis
  • Offensive security or Penetration testing
  • Threat modeling or Security architecture review
  • Security design reviews
  • Systems hardening or Secure configuration management

Responsibilities

  • Identify security vulnerabilities and analyze active threats to inform response and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and implement robust security controls, tools, and services to enhance system and process security.
  • Operate information security systems and execute established procedures to respond to potential threats.
  • Contribute significant features and bug fixes to existing security tools and products.
  • Own complex, short-lived operational tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Provide guidance to junior engineers and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
