About The Position

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members while maintaining professional and precise communication, as well as exhibiting excellent judgement, teamwork, compassion, and the ability to process multiple assignments at the same time. REPORTS TO Security Manager

Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma required.
License/Certification Required: State of Tennessee (Private Protective Services) Unarmed Security License within six months of hire.
Valid Tennessee Driver's License.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to problem-solve and/or utilize resources available for troubleshooting in different situations
Accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required.
Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending and reaching is required.
Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
