About The Position

As a Security Dispatcher, you'll be the heartbeat of our Security team—connecting the dots between officers on the floor and leadership behind the scenes. You'll manage our fast-paced communication center, handling radio calls, phone lines, and critical updates with confidence and calm. Whether you're coordinating emergency responses or helping locate lost items, you'll stay sharp, make quick decisions, and keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Previous security dispatch or call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

Alarm and Surveillance Monitoring: Watch over panic alarms, surveillance cameras, and fire control systems. If anything goes wrong or needs fixing, report it to Security Management.
Communication and Emergency Systems: Make sure all communication tools, like radios and mass notification systems, are working properly. Stay connected with law enforcement when they're on-site.
Record Keeping: Keep detailed, real-time records of all calls, incidents, and officer activity.
Customer Service and Issue Handling: Assist guests and employees with any concerns, resolving problems as they arise. If needed, escalate issues to department leadership and complete security reports when requested.
