About The Position

Job Title: Swing Shift security officer Location: Grand & Little America Shift: FT (Mondays and Tuesdays off) Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site security presence and coverage at multiple locations Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms and follow proper protocols Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site safety Monitor surveillance systems and access control points Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures Write clear and detailed incident and daily activity reports Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and law enforcement if necessary Be prepared to work on short notice and cover shifts as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Excellent observational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and act quickly in stressful situations Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and patrol the property Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and assist in emergency situations Ability to respond quickly, including running or navigating stairs Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
