Requirements

High school diploma or GED is required.
Must possess or acquire a valid California Guard Card (BSIS) within 30 days of hire.
A valid California Driver's License is required.

Nice To Haves

Previous security or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Team up with a group of Security Specialists to safeguard customers and employees across commercial environments.
Patrol assigned areas on foot to uphold a visible security presence and deter incidents.
Watch for, identify, and address abnormal or potentially unsafe conditions on the property.
Document and look into security events, accidents, and any maintenance-related concerns as they come up.
Respond to requests for help from supervisors, client employees, or fellow security team members.
Support facility staff during evacuations, emergency events, or hazardous situations.
Assist with crowd management and coordinate with public safety agencies when conditions warrant.
Check identification for employees seeking access to restricted areas of the client's property.
Manage parking enforcement and resolve vehicle-related issues on the premises.
Engage with customers and employees in a respectful, professional manner at all times.
Deliver First Aid, CPR, and AED assistance during medical emergencies (when certified).
Confirm that all exterior access points — including doors, gates, and windows — are properly secured.
