Torch Technologies is seeking a mid-level Security Administrator to join the security team providing engineering and engineering management Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS). This position supports the Technical and Management Advisory Services (TMAS2) contract at Eglin AFB, FL. As a Security Administrator, your duties will include but will not be limited to: The Contractor shall apply knowledge and experience to support the execution of all aspects of acquisition program security throughout a program's life cycle IAW all applicable Government directives relating to SAPs, Physical Security, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and collateral security requirements. Some of the responsibilities include on-site duties as the Site Security Manager (SSM): ensuring the construction meets the requirements of ICD 705 Tech Specification, applicable UFCs and the needs of the customer. Develop, implement and ensure compliance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP) for new construction projects, including documenting the construction process and the security features of work through photos, implementing procedures to control site access, performing periodic security inspections throughout the construction process, documenting security violations or deviations from the CSP or the ICD 705 and reporting those findings to the Accrediting Official (AO). Contractor may be appointed as primary/alternate Security roles, as needed. The Contractor shall provide assistance in preparing security related sections of facility accreditation documentation; reviewing Contractor deliverables; evaluating program information and hardware throughout the construction life cycle; planning and implementing security-related surveys, assessments, and studies. This includes but is not limited to working with Government; site prime contractor and subcontractor personnel to create a secure environment through development of sound security practices and policies regarding physical and administrative security. Verifying and processing request for personnel access for unit personnel, record and remove access to Special Access Program (SAP) classified information, and provide security education and training, etc. Personnel security support includes, but is not limited to: managing the Personnel Security Management Network, initiate and review personnel security investigations, in/out processing individuals, verifying security clearance eligibility via JADE and submit visit requests, etc. Industrial security support includes, but is not limited to: ensuring security forms (e.g., AF Form 310, Document Receipt and Destruction Certificate, DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification, SF 700, Security Container Check Sheet, etc.) are correctly completed/used, etc in managed SAP Facilities. Verifying and Processing with the Government and program prime and subcontractor personnel to create a secure environment through development of sound security practices and policies regarding acquisition, physical, personnel and administrative security. Updates security classification guides; preparing acquisition security related sections of acquisition program documentation; reviewing Contractor deliverables; evaluating program information and hardware throughout the program life cycle. Plan and implement security-related surveys, assessments, and studies; and evaluating program security information and hardware throughout the program life cycle (to include studies, analyses, plans, procedures, production, test plans/results, transportation, technology, and storage of end items).
