About The Position

Solvere Technical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Security Administrative Assistant to join our team in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities: Provides technical support for PII and SHVR databases; Supports access control and security management; processes DOD visit requests, camera passes, and clearance documentation; Performs data entry and record-keeping; Supports security training programs, ACS, CCTV, badge management, and fingerprinting.

Requirements

  • 3 yrs experience in Security disciplines (Physical, Personnel, Industrial, Anti-Terrorism, OPSEC, Incident Response)
  • Experience with Lenel or equivalent security systems, CCTV, and access control
  • Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • NDA requirements

Nice To Haves

  • DSS or Military Service Security Certifications
