Performs tasks and oversees processes/project components for office administration under limited supervision, ensuring work is aligned to organizational standards, solving problems and roadblocks as they occur. Responsible for coordinating all administration functions of the NYRA Security Department including all recruiting and onboarding support for the NYRA Security Department. Provides routine time-keeping support and completes all NYRA Security Department budgeting, purchasing and bidding for goods and services. Documents processes and procedures related to the overall function of the NYRA Security Department. Manage the files of all reports made by NYRA Security Patrol Officers. Receives, sorts, dates, reviews, and files patrol reports. Creates and distributes the Daily Activity report listing fire and safety violations, stolen or damaged vehicles, barn area incidents, accidents, etc. Distributes vital reports and calendars keeping Senior management and other staff members appropriately informed. Develops and maintains spreadsheets to operational costs and discipline records.
