About The Position

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Possess at least an associate's degree or equivalent employment history
• Minimum 2 years progressive management experience
• Must have Security Service Experience
• Ability to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, serving as the liaison between GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff
• Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
• Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned accounts
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
