This position involves managing, coordinating, and training security personnel. The Security Manager must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in the security industry, including at least five (5) years of experience managing a dedicated security contract of no less than 900 hours per week. The candidate must not have any felony convictions nationwide and should possess a thorough understanding of computer systems, including surveillance, access control, and Windows-based office applications. In addition, this position shall: -Serve as the liaison between the Contractor and security personnel -Be responsible for all operations, equipment, training, and reporting requirements -Supervise and monitor work of subordinate personnel -Wear professional business attire -Scheduling as required/requested by the client -Interviewing, pre-screening and selection of security applicants -Disciplinary of subordinate personnel ·-Attending required and mandatory meetings -Managing hours/overtime -Assisting in billing/invoicing -Understanding and managing all applicable Labor Laws Required to pass the background and fingerprinting process and drug test
