About The Position
Allied Universal is seeking to hire a Full-time Account Manager for Apple - DC in Des Moines, IA. Account Manager jobs at Allied Universal are accountable for the day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff. Build, improve, and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop and retain staff; coordinate necessary support services and resolve problems to run the account effectively. Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintains or oversees the maintenance of weekly operating schedules and ensures the completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required.
