About The Position

Execution and settlement of New Issuance within the Debt Capital Market (DCM) and Equity Capital Market (ECM) scope, from pre-pricing through post-closing Closing SEC Registered and 144A/REGS transactions. Obtaining and meticulously review final term sheets, prospectuses, and underwriting agreements. Execute manual wire packets for FED wire payments (ABA/Swift). Efficiently manage multiple tasks, adhere to strict deadlines, and navigate complex processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proactively identify and resolve challenges, remove roadblocks, and address issues to ensure successful deal closures. Effectively coordinate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including syndicate banks, legal counsel, trustees, and client Operate in a high volume, high visibility and high-risk environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of Syndicate operational experience or relevant experience and advance technical skills (AI) a plus
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of deal flow (Deal Structure/Euroclear/Final Settlements)
• Product knowledge of DCM and ECM products
• Self- starter who consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
