Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX. What You Will Do Assist in supporting and maintaining the enterprise web proxy infrastructure. Contribute to project milestones through tasks such as command-line interface (CLI) tasks, script development, automation, log monitoring, and infrastructure configuration updates. Support and manage the ServiceNow ticket queue. Update and refine Knowledge Base documentation. Assist with pipeline code development, automation initiatives, and Jira workflows. Perform Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data cleanup and help develop/maintain Splunk dashboards. Participate in job shadowing to quickly gain platform knowledge and assist with daily operational tasks and issue resolution. What You Will Learn Gain exposure to enterprise cybersecurity operations, cloud security platforms, and automation practices in a dynamic, real-world environment. Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize secure web traffic controls based on ZeroTrust principles. Hands-on experience with the RTX Web Gateway platform, Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), and enterprise-scale network operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a STEM-related program.
  • Expected graduation date no earlier than September 2026.
  • Basic understanding of fundamental security and network concepts.
