Section Manager, Production Support
About The Position
Provide strategic leadership for the day-to-day operations and continuous optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related HR technologies. Lead a high performing techno functional team and partner closely with HR, IT, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure resilient, secure, and compliant system operations. Drive governance, data integrity, and operational excellence across HR technologies, ensuring production stability, rapid incident resolution, and strong alignment to enterprise priorities. Safeguard sensitive employee information through rigorous controls and oversight, while championing continuous improvement and innovation to enhance HR service delivery and business value.
