Under general direction, supports and enhances the operational effectiveness of OCTA’s Bus Operations Department. This leadership role develops and oversees policies, procedures, and work processes that promote safe, reliable, and efficient bus service delivery. The position collaborates across operating bases and functional support teams to ensure alignment with departmental goals and agency-wide objectives. This is an exempt, management position in Salary Grade 235: Min $131,123.20 – Mid $156,644.80 – Max $182,145.60 per year. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.
