The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of working in a fast-paced busy call center environment with over 200 staff members: accessing computer databases, manual files, records, and other system programs, to provide information and other accurate responses. Under supervision with some latitude for independent judgement and initiative. Duties also include monitoring and providing guidance on all aspect of timekeeping, to two Secretaries at the CCC Bronx and Brooklyn Walk-in Centers.
