Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Less than 4 years experience in providing administrative /clerical experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 year/Associates Degree Preferred
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in healthcare.(preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information.
  • Composes straightforward written descriptions of results.
