About The Position

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The Secretary III in the ELO Department will: Perform difficult and varied typing requiring independent judgment and discretion. Serve as an aide to a District administrator by performing administrative and technical duties. Assist in coordinating a broad range of functions and programs throughout the District. Monitor budget of a specialized department Perform other related work as required. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; three (3) years of responsible office experience; supplemented by additional training in office organization and secretarial skills, preferably including experience in a school district or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities ; type @ 45 net words per minute. LICENSE/CERTIFICATE: Typing Certificate, dated within the last six (6) months. NO ONLINE TYPING CERTIFICATES ACCEPTED. (Required on or before January 23, 2026 ).
