About The Position

Organize, manage and ensure the efficient operation of the Office of College and Career Readiness so that the office's maximum positive impact on VISD students can be realized.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Three years’ of related work experience, preferably in a school environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, eFinance, eSchoolPLUS, Eduphoria and Time Clock payroll reporting system
  • Effective organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to operate general office machines
  • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
