About The Position

This full-time position is located in the Secondary Marketing Department located in St. Louis, MO for The Central Trust Bank. Under the direction of the Secondary Marketing Manager, perform administrative, technical, and analytical responsibilities associated with Lock Desk activities, using Encompass software confirm lock registrations with Loan Officers within each Market.

Requirements

Must be available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to learn and master various software applications.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Spreadsheet and Word processing skills.

Nice To Haves

Bank experience in mortgage lending preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure pricing accuracy on all lock registrations.
Monitor Dashboards and Validate pricing on initial locks and as loan terms change throughout the loan cycle.
Gather documentation for initial investor approval and recertifications.
Working knowledge of Encompass Product Pricing System(EPPS).
Ensure pricing is updated and current within system. Monitor Investor pricing changes.
Manage Extensions, Cancellations, and other lock changes.
Work with Secondary Marketing Analysis to calculate all pricing related costs. Develop and manage reporting of daily activity.
Reconcile all new locks and lock changes with Encompass and EPPS.
Maintain a working knowledge of mortgage loan origination system(Encompass) and secondary marketing system (MCT).
Interact with Market Loan Officers and other Bank departments on various mortgage related issues.
Assure compliance with Corporate and Agency policies and procedures.
Complete other activities and tasks as assigned.
