About The Position
Sidney Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for a certified Secondary English Language Arts Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Sidney Public Schools is a progressive and student centered school district located in Western Nebraska, along the I-80 corridor, 90 miles east of Cheyenne, Wyoming. The applicant must have a growth-minded disposition that reflects the desire to build capacity for all learners, the ability to implement research-based best practices, along with the knowledge to interpret data to make informed instructional decisions for the benefit of student achievement and success. Salary is dependent upon experience and education. Benefits include retirement, full family health insurance, single dental insurance, life insurance, leave, and short-term & long-term disability.
