About The Position

Evercore's Private Capital Advisory (PCA) team is a leading global secondaries market advisor, focusing on providing strategic advisory services to financial sponsors across a variety of portfolio and fund management objectives, advising limited partners on liquidity solutions for their private asset portfolios, and employing various forms of structured ABS technologies to create innovative capital and liquidity solutions for private markets issuers and investors. PCA is seeking to hire a highly motivated Analyst to join its team, with a focus on GP-led private credit transactions. The ideal candidate is intelligent and mature, has experience in investment banking or investing (ideally credit or secondary focused), the desire and flexibility to work in an entrepreneurial environment and the ability to learn on the job. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work on several projects concurrently and possess the desire to learn and work hard.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of investment banking or investing experience (ideally restructuring or secondary focused, credit experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling skills
  • Superior analytical skills and demonstrated excellence in academic coursework
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Energetic, results-driven, and intellectually curious individual who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities
