About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our outstanding Maintenance team. You will assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4+ years industrial experience
  • Experienced with AC & DC voltages from 24 to 600 Volts and Class1, Div. 1 explosion proof environments
  • Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required, including 3 phase and single phase AC and DC motors
  • experience with PID loop process temperature, pressure and flow control systems
  • Must be a self-starter with attention to safety
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems a plus
  • Experience in calibrating equipment to meet ISO requirements a plus
  • Functional experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Install services from electrical drawings, including building, testing and installing control panels, bending EMT and ridged conduit and pulling wire as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
