• Supports Head Pro and First Assistant Golf Professional. • Ensures that all members and guests are greeted and welcomed in a professional and courteous manner. • Ensures the “pace of play” standard is maintained daily. • Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Head Professional and First Assistant. • Responsible for opening, closing, and securing golf shop and storage areas using established procedures. • Assist in the development of standards and maintain responsibility for cleanliness and appearance of golf shop storage areas and merchandise displays. • Coordinates and provides golf lessons for the members and public. • Provides excellent customer service and greet all guests in a welcome and professional manner. • Committed to be a leader in customer service by utilizing the principles and beliefs outlined in our SCORE customer service program. • Answers questions and provides information to guests. • Accurately operate POS system, verify accuracy of prices, collect greens fees and cart fees. • Ensure inventory levels are maintained, communicate to par team any discrepancies or product needs. • Reaching sales goals by becoming familiar with the products, promotions, and trends. • Maintain a high profile with members and guests. • Answers phone calls to book tee times. • Operate within all guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as established by Founders Golf.
