About The Position

FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. The Seat Installer position involves installing seats on Fox products and may also include repairing seats. The role requires maintaining all equipment related to seat installation.

Requirements

Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
Strong analytical skills
HS diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

1+ years of manufacturing or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assesses installation orders and gathers needed equipment, tools, and supplies.
Plans seal installation by evaluating locations, access, and equipment layout.
Adheres to codes, regulations, and standards.
Tests and calibrates equipment before use.
Resolves customer concerns and questions.
Maintains all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with established procedures.
Monitors parts inventory for service vehicle.
Keeps inventory log, places inventory orders, and confirms receipt.
