About The Position

1-800-Flowers.com is looking for a warehouse employee who will be responsible
for the loading or unloading of supplies from all delivery trucks, checking in
of all flowers that are delivered every week, and putting away of all
supplies. The warehouse employee will also keep all areas of the facility clean
and safe from any debris.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold temps for extended periods of time.
• Able work on one’s feet for long periods of time.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good math skills.
• Able to receive and give directions to get the job completed.
• Clean driver record.
• Able to work flexible/additional hours and weekends during Holidays and peak seasons.

Nice To Haves

• Floral/florist experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep cooler, facility, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Load and unload supplies from delivery trucks.
• Check in all flowers upon delivery.
• Receive deliveries from vendors when needed.
• Put away and maintain supplies.
• Communicate with leadership and team members regarding facility needs.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Make deliveries when needed.
